Can my church offer group health insurance to the entire congregation?
Members of the church would have to pay their portion, but can the church offer group health insurance to members of the congregation?
We’re in Virginia, and insurance isn’t currently offered to the two part-time staff.
What if we hired participating members as part-time employees of the church, and got a health coverage plan for all “employees” of the church, full and part-time?
yes, but you would need atleast 100 people and it would be expensive unless your average person is less than 40 years old..
and it would still be 300 bucks or more per month.
